If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, email hello@opengraphapi.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur.
If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to reasons on our side, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Statutory 14-day withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers remain unaffected. Repeated refund requests on renewals may be declined as abuse.
