These Terms govern your access to and use of the OpenGraphAPI image generation service ("Service") operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
We generate images (PNG) from URL parameters via our API. Free tiers include a visible watermark; paid plans remove it. We may change templates, themes and technical characteristics of the Service, provided material changes do not materially degrade ongoing paid subscriptions.
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for all activity under them. Keys may not be shared, sold, or exposed client-side in public repositories. We may suspend keys abused for spam, malicious content, or automated scraping beyond fair use.
You keep all rights to content you generate. You agree not to generate unlawful content, including defamation, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate content, or material designed to defraud or impersonate real persons and organisations. We may refuse or disable content that violates this clause.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free-tier images may be cached publicly at CDNs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms with reasonable notice where feasible. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before taking effect for subscribers.
